The other subject is on contract law. Contract law is a set of laws which governs the contracts which people enter into. Contract on the other hand is an agreement which is entered into by two individuals or two legal personalities with specific terms to be fulfilled by each party. In order to prove the validity of a contract, one must prove the existence of the following element.
The parties or the entities must be of legal capacity to enter into such contract. The parties or the entities must also have the intention to create a legal relation. These are some of the elements of a valid contract as highlighted in the Barwinners.
The other topic is on criminal law. Criminal law is a group of rules and regulations that deter people from committing crimes. In criminal law, the complainant must establish that the accused person had intention of doing whatever they did.
