To become a military lawyer would involve the combination of two careers, the Judge Advocate General Corps and the JAG Corps. Being an officer of General Corps must have the opportunities of respect, career, and duties of a certain officer in order to provide a high quality of services to the duty servicemen and to the women. In the JAG Corps are the skilled and the professional lawyers that handle trained leaders, service community members, and legal issues.

These professional attorneys are those people who are involved to cases that are broad and these cases are about contract and the fiscal law, military justice, international and the operational law, civil and the administrative law.
