The Concealed Weapons Laws And Why You Should Not Be Caught Off-guard

By Larry Kelly

If you collect money from the government which provides you with subsistence, then you shouldn't be able to own a gun. After all you believe the government will take care of you, so you believe you don't need one. You believe the government will protect you and act as your parents into adulthood. The government can steal for you, so you don't need to use your gun to take the property of another through proxy. So, as you can you see you don't really need a gun. If you did, you would be issued one by the government because they know what's best. You know, like the Obama-Phone, only it would be an Obama-Gun. But why should the concealed weapons laws really matter?

Like I specified there are numerous states where you legitimately can't claim one and on top of that there are certain urban communities where it is lawful besides. There are additionally several states where you can claim one however there is lawful formality to overcome for example getting a license.

Take example of Florida, the Sunshine State has some of the strictest gun regulations in the nation. There are multiple laws in Florida that criminalize the possession of firearms or weapons by certain people or certain uses of weapons or firearms.

It is pretty straight forward. Assuming that you exist in any of the areas recorded above you should not have the ability to lawfully possess one. Those states moreover convey pretty hardened disciplines assuming that you are gotten with one.

It also include the procession of the ammunition and other unlawful devices as well as electric weapons. In Florida state, this is a second degree felony if a person in pocession of the unlawful concealed firearm had been convicted of felony in the state of Florida or any other state. The law specifically goes into details of having in custody, the pocession as well as the control of the items like guns, ammunition and the electric devices or other unlawful weapons. The other items that can fall in the category of concealled weapons include teargas, and other chemical weapons.

If it wasn't' for this issue of the proposed new gun laws dominating the news, we wouldn't have so many opportunities to discuss the 2nd Amendment and even what SHTF is with our friends and neighbors. This whole debacle is a great opportunity to find out who else among our acquaintances is a gun owner and even who is a potential prepping partner.

Only three states, Florida, Illinois, and Texas, prohibit the open carrying of handguns in public. Thirty-five states allow persons to carry handguns in public without a permit, but three of those states require the handgun be unloaded. The remaining twelve states allow for the open carry of handguns but require a valid permit. Most states, however, do have exceptions that prohibit the open carry of handguns in certain places such as schools and school zones, state-owned buildings, courthouses, places where alcohol is served or sold, and on public transportation.

Not surprisingly, state gun regulations vary greatly from state to state. Most gun regulation focus on three categories: (1) laws prohibiting the possession of firearms by certain people; (2) laws regulating the sale and transfer of firearms; and (3) the possession of firearms in public places.
